The method comprises the steps that target data information sent by a target business line is received; the quantity of first target available resources in a target resource group corresponding to a target business line identifier is acquired; if the quantity of the first target available resources is not smaller than the quantity of target required resources, a target task is distributed to executive nodes connected with a general control node. Resource groups are utilized to isolate tasks of all business lines, a rated resource quantity is set for each resource group to limit the quantity of the resources which can be occupied by the business lines at most, and therefore the situation that when the tasks of one business line are excessive, most resources of the general control node are used for handling the tasks of the business line, and the tasks of the other business lines are ignored is avoided; as a result, the tasks of all the business lines can be isolated, and the purpose that the tasks of all the business lines do not affect one another is achieved.
