A preparing method of a microbe organic fertilizer is disclosed. The method includes (1) preparing a manure stack, (2) adding water into a first microbe strain additive, mixing the first microbe strain additive with the water for dilution, then spraying the manure stack with the mixture, and heating the manure stack, with the first microbe strain additive containing thermophilic bacteria and antibiotic chelated microbe strains, (3) after a period of time, cooling the manure stack, adding water into a second microbe strain additive, mixing the second microbe strain additive with the water for dilution, and then spraying the manure stack with the mixture, with the second microbe strain additive comprising mesophilic bacteria, and (4) when the temperature of the manure stack reaches the environment temperature, adding water into a third microbe strain additive, mixing the third microbe strain additive with the water for dilution, and then spraying the manure stack with the mixture to obtain the microbe organic fertilizer.
