Problems solved by technology

[0005] On-site sampling is an important part of environmental monitoring and testing. For example, in lake water environment monitoring, the data source comes from the collected water samples, and the collected water samples come from various points of the lake. The collection is labor-intensive, especially for some seasick workers, manual collection is difficult, so it is proposed to use the remote control boat to cooperate with the collection structure to realize remote collection can reduce the workload of the staff, but the remote control boat reciprocates between the collection point and It takes a long time to go back and forth between the staff, so it is necessary to design a mechanism for changing test tubes on the remote control ship, which can directly go to the collection points of the lake without returning to the staff to change the test tubes

Abstract

The invention discloses a structure-optimized collector for monitoring of lake water environment. The collector comprises a remote control boat, on which a platform is formed. A mounting plate is fixed on the platform. The mounting plate contains a round board, at one side of which a rectangular plate is formed. The side of the board, close to the plate, is provided with a collection mechanism. A tube replacement mechanism is fixed at the center of the board. The tube replacement mechanism contains a tube replacement motor which is fixed at the lower end face of the board. A rotating shaft of the tube replacement motor passes through the board to be fixed with a tube replacement disc, at the outer side of which several arc-shaped openings are formed. The openings are annularly and uniformly distributed around the center of the tube replacement disc and cooperate with a collection tube on the collection mechanism. The structure is simple. On the basis of existing collection mechanism, the tube replacement mechanism is additionally arranged such that it is convenient to replace test tubes for water sample collection on the remote control boat without the need of returning to the workplace for replacement of test tubes. Therefore, water-sample collecting efficiency is enhanced. The invention brings convenience to the collection of water samples.

Description

[0001] Technical field: [0002] The invention relates to the technical field of environmental monitoring devices, in particular to a structure-optimized collector for lake water environment monitoring. [0003] Background technique: [0004] Environmental monitoring is to track the changes in environmental quality and determine the level of environmental quality through the detection of the content and emission of various substances that have an impact on humans and the environment, providing the basis and guarantee for environmental management and pollution control. Simply put, knowing the level of the environment and conducting environmental monitoring are the prerequisites for carrying out all environmental work. Environmental monitoring usually includes processes such as background investigation, plan determination, site optimization, on-site sampling, sample delivery, experimental analysis, data collection, and analysis and synthesis. [0005] On-site sampling is an impo...
