The lifting barrel is connected and fixed with a mounting frame through a plurality of lifting barrel supports. A first motor is connected with and arranged at the upper end of an inner side rotary shaft of the lifting barrel. A material pushing spiral body is further arranged on the part, on the inner side of the lifting barrel, of the rotary shaft. A transmission gear is fixed to a lower sleeve of the lifting barrel. A driving gear is mounted and fixed to an output shaft of a second motor. A plurality stirring teeth are arranged on the periphery of the lower portion of the sleeve. A main hydraulic telescopic cylinder is arranged on a base. A horizontal support is arranged on a piston rod of the main hydraulic telescopic cylinder. A hinged support is hinged to the end of the horizontal support and fixed to the mounting frame. An auxiliary hydraulic telescopic cylinder is further arranged at the end of the piston rod of the main hydraulic telescopic cylinder.
