[0017] 1. Strictly select 3 tissue samples from APA cases and 3 normal adrenal tissue control samples. A series of indicators such as medical history, clinical manifestations, biochemical examination, and imaging examination were used to diagnose APA cases before operation; pathological sections were used to further confirm the diagnosis of selected case specimens after operation. In addition, the selected adrenal glands excised during radical nephrectomy, which were confirmed by pathological sections as normal adrenal gland tissues, were used as control samples (see Table 1, figure 1 , figure 2 ).

Abstract

The invention discloses an aldosterone-producing adenoma related up-regulation lncRNA and applications thereof. According to the present invention, the aldosterone-producing adenoma related up-regulation lncRNA is found through the experiment; and by quantitating the expression of lncRNA, the auxiliary diagnosis of APA can be well achieved, the diagnose basis can be provided for the early diagnosis, the early surgery and the complete cure of part of refractory hypertension patients caused by primary aldosteronism (PA), and the treatment of high blood pressure can be effectively guided.
