According to the invention, the power supply choosing circuit is used to make the auxiliary power supply provide power from the grid output or from the prior inverted output and enables the power supply part to be connected with the output power supply point after the turn-off the circuit. The inverted output or the post-grid-output both undergo an isolation transformer and a rectification bridge.
