Abstract

The invention discloses intelligent glove FPC assembly assembling tooling and a technology. The tooling comprises a body which refers to finger support plates and a connecting plate; the finger support plates are provided with air holes; the body also comprises air channels communicated with the air holes. During usage, FPC can be placed on the body and the finger shape parts of the FPC are partially placed on the support plates and press on the air holes in the finger support plates. After placement, air in the positions where the air holes contact the FPC is discharged through the air channels so that the FPC is sucked by air holes. The adsorbing status is kept and the FPC is carried by the body and put into gloves; the FPC is sucked by the body which can accurately put the FPC into accurate positions. After installation, the air channels are opened to let air in and the pressure at air holes is recovered so that the body loses the absorbing force for the FPC and the FPC can be easily pulled out, and FPC will not be carried out during pulling out. By means of the invention, FPC can be conveniently and quickly put into gloves; the production efficiency is increased and the difficulty of FPC assembly is reduced.
