The positioning element arranged at the measuring seat is used for localizing a to-be-measured part by using a reference hole of the to-be-measured part as a reference; the lever arranged at the measuring seat is used for transferring a measurement position of a to-be-measured inner hole of the to-be-measured part and enabling coaxiality measurement of the to-be-measured part to be converted into bounce value measurement of the lever; and the indication meter that is arranged at the measuring seat by corresponding to the position in contact with the inner hole of the to-be-measured part by the lever is used for measuring a bounce value of the lever. On the basis of the force transmission effect of the lever, the measurement position of the to-be-measured inner hole of the to-be-measured part is transferred, complete contact of two buses of the reference hole of the to-be-measured part with two lines of the positioning element, and radial circular bouncing of the to-be-measured part is transformed into bouncing of the lever, so that a system error caused by the clearance fit of the to-be-measured inner hole of the to-be-measured part and the external circular surface of the traditional measuring tool can be eliminated.
