When the inclinable deicing robot passes through the cross arm of the telegraph pole, the second push-rod mechanism drives an overturning plate on the deicing mechanism to deviate an upper idler wheel, so that the cross arm can pass through a through channel formed below the upper idler wheel and over the overturning plate after overturning. By means of the inclinable deicing robot provided by the invention, the ice block on the electric wire can be effectively removed; and furthermore, the inclinable deicing robot can cross the cross arm obstacle on the top of the telegraph pole.
