Abstract

The inclinable deicing robot comprises a big gripper mechanism used for griping an electric wire having ice in the front; a straight gear rack is vertically and fixedly installed at the bottom of the big gripper mechanism; the straight gear rack is meshed with a gear in a movement mechanism; a small gripper mechanism used for griping an electric wire at the rear is also installed at the rear part of the movement mechanism; a first push-rod mechanism used for contacting a telegraph pole and driving the whole device to incline is installed at the side part of the movement mechanism; a lifting platform is arranged on the top of the movement mechanism; a deicing mechanism is installed on the lifting platform; and a second push-rod mechanism is also installed at one side of the deicing mechanism near the telegraph pole. When the inclinable deicing robot passes through the cross arm of the telegraph pole, the second push-rod mechanism drives an overturning plate on the deicing mechanism to deviate an upper idler wheel, so that the cross arm can pass through a through channel formed below the upper idler wheel and over the overturning plate after overturning. By means of the inclinable deicing robot provided by the invention, the ice block on the electric wire can be effectively removed; and furthermore, the inclinable deicing robot can cross the cross arm obstacle on the top of the telegraph pole.
