The method comprises the following steps: firstly, performing sealing treatment on the calcium farmland with heavy metal copper and lead combined contamination; then, planting elm seedlings on contaminated soil according to a row spacing of 1.5*2m, and performing daily management according to the conventional method so as to construct an elm plantation treatment system; and finally, replacing the elm plantation according to the commercial forest aim.
