Abstract

The invention relates to a nasal composition for resisting allergy and preventing PM2.5 in air as well as a preparation method and an application of the nasal composition. The composition consists of a gel, a cell nutrient, a metal ion chelating agent and a pH buffer agent; and with the application of the composition, a transparent thin film is rapidly formed around nostrils. The gel accounts for 0.01-10 parts by weight, preferably 1-5 parts by weight and more preferably 1-3 parts by weight; the cell nutrient accounts for 0.01-5 parts by weight, preferably 0.2-1 part by weight and more preferably 0.5-1 part by weight; the metal ion chelating agent accounts for 0.005-2 parts by weight, and preferably 0.1-1 part by weight; and by virtue of the pH buffer agent, pH value is regulated to 5-8. The nasal composition provided by the invention, through a physical adsorption effect, can effectively block off effects of inhaled allergens on human body; and PM2.5 particles in the air can be effectively prevented from entering such respiratory systems as nasal passages, lung and the like.
