Abstract

The invention discloses a rollover early warning system and an early warning method thereof. The rollover early warning system comprises a sensor module, an early warning ECU, a light control ECU and an alarm lamp bank, the alarm lamp bank comprises a first alarm lamp, a second alarm lamp and a third alarm lamp; the early warning ECU is connected with the sensor module and the light control ECU separately and is also connected with the first alarm lamp, the second alarm lamp and the third alarm lamp separately. When the rollover early warning system is in operation, vertical force of the four wheels of a vehicle is calculated by the early warning ECU according to induction data of the sensor module, and after whether or not the vertical force of the four wheels of the vehicle is equal to zero is judged separately, a judgment result is transmitted to the light control ECU; the first, second and third alarm lamps are controlled to operateaccording to the received judgment result. The rollover early warning system and the early warning method thereof are more precise and stronger in universality; the alarm lamp bank corresponds to four tyres, the blink of the early warning lamps of different numbers corresponds to different rollover levels, which reminds drivers of self-regulation at the very beginning of the rollover and the situation caused by the intervention of an active safety device where the vehicle is out of the drivers' control is avoided.
