Abstract

The invention discloses a method for extracting longan pulp polysaccharide. The method comprises the following steps of (1) slurrying and slurry treatment: mixing fresh longan pulp and purified water, pouring a mixture into a homogenizer for slurrying, adding alkali liquor and activating at -4 to 10 DEG C for 10-12 hours to obtain an activated liquid; (2) enzymolysis and concentrating treatment: adjusting the pH value of filtrate, adding a copper oxide-zirconium oxide catalyst and ternary complex enzyme to filtrate, carrying out enzymolysis under the condition of 200-500W of microwave irradiation and then carrying out ultra-filtration concentration on enzymatic hydrolysate obtained through enzymolysis; (3) centrifugal treatment: mixing a concentrated liquid and a mixed alcohol solution, and collecting an educt by adopting a centrifugal machine; and (4) spray drying treatment. An alkali liquor low-temperature activating enzyme association technology is introduced into an extraction preparation process of the longan polysaccharide; the yield of a target product is obviously improved in comparison with a conventional technology; and meanwhile, the method has the characteristics of being efficient, fast, low in cost and suitable for massive industrial production.
