An outer side of the upper end of the installation plate is provided with the water fender. A center section of the installation plate is provided with the wiring holder. The electric leakage protection apparatus is arranged on the installation plate of a side portion of the wiring holder. The electric leakage protection apparatus is connected to the charging pile. A lower end of the electric leakage protection apparatus is provided with the grounding device. A lower end of installation plate is provided with the air blower.
