The method is characterized in that the control center cloud servers determine service units for each monitoring domain, and each monitoring domain is responsible for monitoring traffic stations in the monitoring domain; for each monitoring domain, the service units acquire running status information of the traffic stations in the monitoring domain, and the working statuses of the service units are determined according to the running status information; and if the running status information comprises inter-domain status information, the service units for each monitoring domain send the inter-domain status information to the service units for the associated domain(s). The method provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that through deployment of the control center cloud servers, monitoring of the traffic stations is virtualized into the monitoring domains which are centralized on the control center cloud servers, and communication among the monitoring domains is available, so that owner investments can be greatly reduced, and business data sharing among the traffic stations can be achieved.
