The method comprises the steps of establishing corresponding links of the antenna interface, establishing transceiving annular caches, and starting data transmission; establishing air interface time sequence timing, counting minimum time units, thereby updating TTI, carrying out TTI time sequence check through utilization of GPS synchronous signals, if an error occurs in a time sequence, resetting the links and reporting the error; setting corresponding IQ quantity thresholds according to scheduling time nodes for uplink and downlink processing, and triggering the uplink and downlink processing according to threshold arrival events.
