Embodiment 1

[0072] Embodiment 1. A PMV equation suitable for evaluating the thermal comfort of a human body in a sleeping state and a method for evaluating the thermal comfort of a human body in a sleeping state

[0073] Metabolic rate is one of the main variables in the sleep PMV equation, which affects the thermal comfort of the human body. It is generally believed that the human metabolic rate in the PMV equation is constant, but the metabolic rate of the human body changes during different sleep stages. Therefore, in order to objectively and accurately evaluate the thermal comfort of the human body during sleep, it is necessary to have metabolic rates in different sleep stages. In this embodiment, by monitoring the heart rate value of the subject and calculating the metabolic rate according to the heart rate method, a sleep PMV equation with variable metabolic rate is obtained.

Embodiment 2

[0136] Embodiment 2, Validation of the method for evaluating the thermal comfort of the human body in sleep state according to the present invention

[0137] Evaluate the thermal comfort of 45 subjects who are in a sleep state with the PMV equation of the variable PMV equation and the thermal comfort of the human body in sleep state with the metabolic value in Example 1, and compare the test subjects obtained by the PMV equation of the present invention simultaneously. The PMV value and thermal sensation vote (TSV value) of the verification method of the present invention are effective. The information of the 45 subjects is shown in Table 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for evaluating sleep state thermal comfort of male individuals. The metabolic rate is one of major variables of a sleep PMV equation and influences the thermal comfort of human bodies, it is generally acknowledged that the human body metabolic rate in the PMV equation is a constant, but the metabolic rate is variable in different sleep stages of the human bodies. Therefore, the metabolic rates in different sleep stages are required in order to objectively and accurately evaluate the thermal comfort of the human bodies in the sleep process. By monitoring the heart rate value of a testee, the metabolic rate is calculated through the heart rate method, and the sleep PMV equation with the metabolic rate as the variable is obtained. The sleep PMV equation with the metabolic rate as the variable is suitable for sleep state human body thermal comfort evaluation, theoretical bases are provided for sleep environment thermal comfort evaluation, and guidance is provided for creating sleep thermal comfort air conditioner design and generating control strategies.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of ergonomics, and in particular relates to a method for evaluating the thermal comfort of a male individual in a sleeping state. Background technique [0002] In the past few decades, scholars from all over the world have conducted a lot of research on human thermal comfort and achieved many research results. Among them, the most representative ones are the PMV-PPD thermal comfort model proposed by Professor Fanger in Denmark, the Two-Node two-node model proposed by Professor Gagge in the United States, and the adaptive model (AdaptiveModel) applied to natural ventilation occasions, etc. [0003] However, most of the thermal comfort studies are on the human body in an awake state, but there are few studies on the thermal comfort of the human body in a sleeping environment. People spend about one-third of their life in sleep, and poor sleep quality and insufficient sleep time will affect the health and work efficienc...
