Abstract

The core material is of a long-strip bar-shaped structure, and comprises silicone rubber formed by pouring and at least one braiding layer poured in the silicone rubber. The outer shape of each braiding layer is consistent with that of the core material. The size of the outer shape of each braiding layer is smaller than that of the outer shape of the core material. Each braiding layer comprises multiple warps parallel to the axis of the core material, and multiple wefts sprially wound on the warps. The warps and the wefts are mutually interlaced. By integrating the braiding layers in the current silicone rubber core material, the whole structure intensity of the silicone rubber is improved; in particular, each braiding layer has the warps and the wefts, so the structure intensity of the core material in the axial and radial directions can be improved; structure deformation caused by aging is slowed down; and service lifetime of the core material is prolonged.
