Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a starch nanoparticle with controllable morphology and particle size by adopting natural polysaccharide as a template. The method comprises the steps of utilizing a bio-enzyme method for preparing a starch short linear chain, in-situ adding the natural polysaccharide template during a process for preparing the starch nanoparticle through short linear chain self-assembly; screening polysaccharide templates with different molecular structures, controlling the morphology and the particle size of the starch nanoparticle, and preparing to obtain the nanoparticle with controllable morphology (a hollow body, a spindle body and a sphere body) and particle size (20 to 120nm) suitable for different demands. The preparation method provided by the invention is low in equipment requirement, simple in process, simple and convenient to operate, mild in reaction, short in reaction time, high in efficiency, and suitable for mass production. The preparation method provided by the invention is low in preparation cost, less in energy consumption, and free of producing hazardous wastes, and meets the modern production requirements on green production, environmental protection and energy conservation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of nanotechnology, in particular to a method for preparing starch nanoparticles with controllable morphology and particle size. Background technique [0002] Starch nanoparticles are starch granules with a particle size of less than 300nm. At present, the preparation of starch nanoparticles mainly adopts chemical and physical methods, and acid hydrolysis is the most common method, mainly using H 2 SO 4 Or HCl hydrolyzes the amorphous region of starch granules to obtain starch nanocrystals. Starch nanoparticles can also be prepared by methods such as anti-solvent, high-pressure homogenization, and cross-linked microemulsion, but the above methods have low yield, high energy consumption, and high cost. Short amylose starch is obtained by debranching with biological enzymes, and starch nanoparticles are prepared by self-assembly, which has high yield, low energy consumption, and is green and safe. However, the size di...
