Embodiment Construction

[0018] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with embodiment.

[0019] A method for reducing VOC aldehydes and ketones of automobile air-conditioning box housing, is characterized in that, comprises the following processing steps:

[0020] S1, boil in water, set the water temperature to 45°C-100°C, put the shell of the air-conditioning box into the water and boil for 1h-2h;

[0021] S2, ventilated and dried, the shell of the air-conditioning box after being boiled was taken out and ventilated and dried, wherein the ambient temperature during the ventilated and dried was set at 25°C-40°C.

[0022] Due to the water temperature in the above temperature range, the organic compounds of aldehydes and ketones in the shell of the air-conditioning box have a low boiling point, and they are easily dissolved in water after volatilization. In the shell of the air-conditioning box, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the content of aldehydes and ketones...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for reducing the content of aldehyde and ketone VOC (volatile organic compounds) of an automobile air-conditioning case housing. The method comprises the following processing steps: S1, boiling: setting the water temperature as 45-100 DEG C and placing the air-conditioning case housing in water for boiling for 1-2 h; and S2, ventilating and air drying: taking the boiled air-conditioning case housing out of water, ventilating and air drying, wherein the environment temperature for ventilating and air drying is set as 25-40 DEG C. Under the water temperature within the temperature range, aldehyde and ketone organic compounds in the air-conditioning case housing are extremely easily dissolved in water after volatilization due to a low boiling point, so that the VOC content of the air-conditioning case housing is reduced. According to the method for reducing the content of aldehyde and ketone VOC of the automobile air-conditioning case housing provided by the technical scheme of the invention, after the automobile air-conditioning case housing is subjected to boiling, ventilating and air drying, the content of aldehyde and ketone VOC of the air-conditioning case housing is reduced by 70%-80%, which meets the aldehyde and ketone VOC standards established by the main machine factories, and meanwhile the automobile passenger compartment is endowed with a comfortable and healthy environment; besides, the processing method is simple, good in operability and low in cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for reducing VOC aldehydes and ketones in the casing of an automobile air-conditioning box, and belongs to the technical field of processing methods for the casing of the automobile air-conditioning box. Background technique [0002] In the field of modern automobile air conditioning, the shell of the air conditioning box is formed by injection molding of plastics that are easy to form, so as to meet the requirements of structural performance and so on. With the improvement of people's living standards, people are more and more concerned about their health. Therefore, higher requirements are put forward for the environment inside the car, and it is difficult for the air-conditioning box shell of the prior art to meet the VOC standard, ie, the standard of volatile organic compounds, formulated by various OEMs. [0003] The air-conditioning box shell molded by injection will produce volatile organic compounds that are h...
