The invention relates to a preparation of fluorine-containing water-based crackle paint and coating method thereof. The fluorine-containing water-based crackle paint is composed of water-based epoxy primer and water-based fluorine-containing finish paint. Paint, filler and auxiliary are added to a sand mill according to percentages by weight to be grinded to be less than or equal to 40 microns; epoxy resin is added for homogeneous mixing to constitute the water-based epoxy primer; paint, filler and auxiliary are added to water according to percentages by weight to be grinded to be less than or equal to 40 microns after stirring, and are then mixed with fluorine-containing resin emulsion to constitute the water-based fluorine-containing finish paint. The coating method is as follows: the water-based epoxy primer is brush-coated or spray-coated on a substrate, and the thickness of dry film of the water-based primer is controlled; after the surface of the dry film is dry, the water-based fluorine-containing finish paint is spray-coated on the epoxy primer.
