The invention relates to a method for preparing active organosilicon end capping polypropylene oxide cationoid emulsion, which comprises the following steps: using hydrogen-containing polysiloxane, unsaturated polyether and epoxy-containing unsaturated compounds as main raw materials to prepare epoxy-containing polyether-polysiloxane by adopting two steps of silicon-hydrogen addition reaction and then prepare a series of quaternary ammonium salt type polyether-polysiloxane nonionic cationic surfactants with different molecular weights and different hydrophilic and oleophilic values through quaterisation, and then using the obtained surfactant to emulsify active organosilicon end capping polypropylene oxide (SPPO), so as to obtain the active organosilicon end capping polypropylene oxide cationoid emulsion containing no organic solvent and having good storage stability and freeze-thaw stability through phase inversion emulsifying process. The method has the advantages of little equipment investment, simple process, easy operation and low production cost; and the obtained active organosilicon end capping polypropylene oxide cationoid emulsion can be used as a basic material for producing environment-friendly water-based polymer products such as paint, adhesive and sealant.

The invention relates to a novel compound burn-free water permeable brick and a preparation method thereof. According to the novel compound burn-free water permeable brick, the problems of high preparation cost, low strength, poor water tolerance and the like of an existing water permeable brick are mainly solved. The water permeable brick comprises a surface layer and a bottom layer, wherein the surface layer is prepared from super-hydrophilic fibers through mixing, hot press and maintenance by taking waste ceramic shattered bone as an aggregate as well as sulphate aluminum cement and thermosetting resin as bonding materials, and the bottom layer is prepared by adding materials such as water-repellent powder, water reducing agents, defoaming agents and interface enhancer by taking the waste ceramic shattered bone as the aggregate as well as ordinary Portland cement as a bonding agent. The preparation method of a coating layer comprises the steps of uniformly stirring in a certain proportion so as to obtain a mixture, putting the mixture into a forming mold, and carrying out steam maintenance, so as to prepare the burn-free water permeable brick which has good water permeability and water-retaining property and high strength and is suitable for northeast high and cold areas. Compared with traditional burn-free bricks, the novel compound burn-free water permeable brick has good water permeability and freeze-thaw stability, and a direction is provided for the comprehensive renovation work of environments.

The invention relates to a preparation method for a fatty acid starch ester and application thereof, which belongs to the technical field of modified starch. According to the invention, starch is adopted as a raw material and fatty acid is taken as an esterification agent; and on the condition of taking an extruder as a chemical reactor, the acidolysis and esterification modification of the starch is carried out to prepare the fatty acid starch ester product with the low substitution degree. The fatty acid which is subjected to the high temperature high pressure high shearing action treatment of the extruder has an esterification reaction with crude starch according to a certain proportion; and due to the introduction of the hydrophobic organic carbon chain, the starch has the lipophilicity and hydrophilicity, and consequently has certain emulsibility. The product can be used as a stabilizer, an emulsifier, a gelling agent, a fat substitute, a microcapsule wall material, and the like in the food industry, and can be applied to the foods such as artificial butter, salad seasoning matter, bakery products, diary products, and the like. The invention has the advantages that the extruder is adopted to prepare the esterified starch; the reaction process is continuous and has simple operation, easy implementation and little environmental pollution; and the obtained product has excellent performance.

The invention discloses an automobile water-based two-component epoxy primer with excellent performance and a preparation method thereof. The water-based epoxy primer involved in the invention is composed of a component A and a component B. The component A is composed of epoxy resin, a cosolvent, powder slurry and assistants, wherein the powder slurry includes deionized water, additives, extender pigment, anti-rust pigment and pigment. The component B contains a polyamine curing agent, deionized water, a cosolvent and assistants.
