The invention relates to a hydrothermal synthesis method for preparing iron phosphate lithium as an anode material of lithium ion battery, which belongs to the technical field of new energy materials. The hydrothermal synthesis method comprises the following steps of: mixing an iron source with phosphate, adding a lithium source, and after uniform agitation, putting the mixture into a high-pressure reaction kettle; then, adding a reducing agent, and maintaining the temperature at 180-200 DEG C for 8-12 h to produce spherical iron phosphate lithium, wherein the mol ratio of the lithium source to the iron source to the phosphate is 3:1:1. The invention provides a simple and one-step method for directly preparing iron phosphate lithium. The technological parameters of the method used for preparation are easily controlled; compared with a process using ferric iron as a raw material, the resource of ferrous iron as the raw material is wider; the prepared iron phosphate lithium powder particles have small mean particle diameter which is about 3-5 mu m, the particles are evenly distributed, the tap density can reach 2.0-2.5 g/cm<3>, the battery performance is high, and the specific capacity for the first charge and discharge cycle is 140-160 mAh/g.

The invention discloses a simple vanadium nitride production method, which comprises the following steps of: (1) fully mixing vanadium pentoxide (V2O5) powder and graphite powder in a weight ratio of 4:1 on a dry mixer; (2) adding 4 percent of polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution into mixed powder in a weight ratio of 100 to 15, and mixing the polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution and the mixed powderin a wet mixer for 10 minutes; (3) carrying out ball pressing on the wet-mixed mixed powder; (4) drying wet balls of the mixed powder; (5) loading the dried balls of the mixed powder into a charging vehicle in a layered mode and then into a furnace, and sealing a furnace door; (6) vacuumizing until a pressure is equal to -0.02 megapascal (MPa); (7) introducing nitrogen until the pressure is equalto 0.04 MPa; (8) heating to 800 DEG C, and carrying out pre-reduction for about 5 hours at the temperature; (9) then keeping heating to 1,350 DEG C, continuing deep reduction and carbonization for atleast 6 hours, and continuously introducing the nitrogen with the purity of over 99.99 percent in process; and (10) carrying out nitridation sintering for 6 to 10 hours after the temperature rises to1,600 DEG C, controlling the pressure to 0.02 MPa in the process, cutting off power for cooling, and taking vanadium nitride out of the furnace until the temperature is equal to 150 DEG C.

The method also can be used for adsorbing or recovering lead and copper in waste water by a chromatographic column.
