The invention belongs to the field of macromolecule super-amphiphobic materials and discloses a super-amphiphobic polymer and a super-amphiphobic surface. The super-amphiphobic polymer is a random copolymer composed of structural units shown as a formula I and a formula II. The super-amphiphobic surface is obtained by comprising the following steps of: pre-processing a substrate material; placinga micro-balloon in a fluorine-containing solvent, and ultrasonically dissolving to obtain a micro-balloon supernatant solution; adding the super-amphiphobic polymer, a hydrochloric acid tetrahydrofuran solution and water into the micro-balloon solution while stirring, placing the substrate material, and reacting for 5-24 h; and taking out the substrate material, washing by using the fluorine-containing solvent, methanol and water in turn, drying in vacuum, and obtaining the super-amphiphobic surface. The super-amphiphobic polymer disclosed by the invention can give good surface hydrophobic ability and oleophobic ability to the substrate. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: carrying out prepolymerization reaction by using polyester polyol, vulcabond monomer and a polyisocyanate curing agent; reacting with a hydrophilic chain-extending agent and a micro-molecule chain-extending agent to obtain polyurethane prepolymer containing hydrophilic groups (carboxyl or sulfonic groups) and isocyanate(NCO)-terminated groups; neutralizing the polymer into salt, and then dispersing the salt into water; and preparing the modified polyurethane aqueous dispersions of the polyisocyanate curing agents by the chain extending of a polyamine chain-extending agent. The modified polyurethane aqueous dispersions of the polyisocyanate curing agents have self-crosslinking function at room temperature, and the self-crosslinking density is over 85%. Compared with non-modified polyurethane aqueous dispersions prepared under the same condition, the modified polyurethane aqueous dispersions have superior film forming property, water resistance, alcohol resistance, pollution resistance, cold resistance, dry / wet rubbing resistance and chemical solvent resistance; and coating films have especially high drying speed, high hardness increment speed and high final hardness.

The invention provides a styrene acrylic emulsion for interior wall coating material, and a preparation method of the styrene acrylic emulsion; the preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) mixing water, composite emulsifying agent, acrylate monomer and functional monomer, and emulsifying to obtain pre-emulsified liquid A; (2) adding reactive organic silicon into the pre-emulsified liquid A, and emulsifying to obtain pre-emulsified liquid B; (3) adding mixture of water, composite emulsifying agent, methyl alcohol and sodium bicarbonate into the pre-emulsified liquid A obtained in the step (1), and adding initiator for reaction to obtain seed emulsion C; (4) adding the pre-emulsified liquid B into the seed emulsion C obtained in the step (3), and simultaneously adding initiator water solution into the mixed solution; carrying out heat preservation after dripping, and cooling the emulsion; and (5) removing residual monomer, and adjusting the pH to be 7-8 to obtain the styrene acrylic emulsion for the interior wall coating material. The styrene acrylic emulsion can be used for preparing the interior wall coating material, and is less in adding quantity and better in scrub resistance than that of other emulsions, thus reducing the cost of coating and saving resources.
