The invention relates to a degradable liquid mulching film and a production method thereof, particularly to an environment-friendly degradable liquid mulching film with straws as a basic raw material and a production method thereof. The degradable liquid mulching film is prepared from steaming slurry of crop straws (such as wheat straws, rice straws, cotton straws, wood shavings, and the like) or straws paper-making black liquor as a main raw material by a series of reactions, such as sulfonation, crosslinking and copolymerization, of macromolecules in the slurry or the black liquor, such as lignin, cellulose and polysaccharides, under the action of a film formation additive. The macromolecules in the degradable liquid mulching film have a large amount of hydrophilic groups which can effectively catch the water molecules evaporated and diffused from soil to the air, so as to prevent water evaporation and heat loss arising therefrom, thereby increasing the temperature and preserving soil moisture. The degradable liquid mulching film is helpful for increasing crop yield and improving crop quality; and the yield is higher than that by use of a plastic mulching film, and the per mu yield is increased by more than 5%. The degradable liquid mulching film can replace the conventionally used plastic mulching film.

The invention provides a multi-functional degradable liquid mulching film which comprises the materials with the following weight percentage: a polymer of polyether glycol-polyvinyl alcohol-polyaspartate: 15.0 percent to 40.0 percent, an emulsifier: 1.0 percent to 5.0 percent, a disperse speader: 0.5 percent to 5.0 percent, a pH value regulator: 0.1 percent to 5.0 percent, an antifreeze: 1.0 percent to 5.0 percent, and water as the rest; after the mulching film being watered and sprayed on soil surface, the macromolecules thereof are combined with soil particles and a layer of black curing film can be formed on the soil surface rapidly which can restrain the soil water from vaporizing and prompt the soil to absorb more solar energy, thereby improving the earth temperature. The liquid mulching film completely degrades into a humic acid organic fertilizer, water and carbon dioxide which can be absorbed by crops; the degradation products effectively accelerate the formation of soil grain clusters; and the number of grain clusters with water stability is increased by 10 percent to 15 percent and the volume weight of soil can be decreased by 5 percent to 10 percent. If sprayed on the surface of sandy soil, the liquid mulching film can effectively slow down the infiltration of the water to reserve water, thereby saving the water consumption of irrigation. The liquid mulching film can replace plastic mulching films in a certain range and has a certain social meaning and market prospect.

The invention provides a preparation method of a straw pulp mulch film. The preparation method comprises the following steps that crop straws or herbages as raw materials are crushed and are then added with an agricultural water-retention agent, a thickening agent and a corresponding fertilizer according to an appropriate ratio to form turbid liquid-type straw pulp mulch film slurry comprising uniformly distributed slurry particles and having excellent rheological properties; and the turbid liquid-type straw pulp mulch film slurry is sprayed to coat the surface of soil thereby forming the straw pulp mulch film having effects of water retention and moisture conservation of soil. After decomposition, the straw pulp mulch film can improve soil fertility. In a validity period of the straw pulp mulch film, compared with the normally farmed farmland, a farmland adopted the straw pulp mulch film has an average soil water content improved by more than 2%. The straw pulp mulch film prepared from raw materials of crop straws has a material cost of about 300Yuan/ha, wherein the material cost is far less than a plastic mulch film material cost of 2800Yuan/ha. Under the conditions of good water-retention effects and wide raw material sources, use of the straw pulp mulch film has obvious superiority in cost and environmental protection. The preparation method is simple and operation is convenient.

The application of the water retention agent of the invention solves the problem of the low survival ratio of forestation in arid-hot river valley areas by adopting the traditional method of jatropha curcas artificial forestation; utilization of the invention can ensure that the survival ratio of jatropha curcas forestation in arid-hot river valleys reaches 95 percent to 98 percent, raising by 22.22 percent compared with the contrastive survival ratios on average, thus improving the yield and the benefit of forest lands.

The method includes measures of a series of technical links such as soil improvement, shearing and processing for cutting slips of the poplar, bed making and film mulching, a hard wood cutting technology implemented on the films, control for cutting time and density and nurse and management for the seedlings. The method for raising the seedlings by cutting has the advantages that terrestrial germination and shooting and subterraneous rooting are taken into consideration, requirements of the terrestrial germination and shooting and requirements of the subterraneous rooting are respectively met, and benefits of the terrestrial germination and shooting and benefits of the subterraneous rooting are respectively realized; after two years of tests for raising seedlings and investigation and analysis, effects of the method for raising the seedlings are obviously improved, a survival rate of the seedlings reaches 95% at least, the seedlings are complete and strong, and heights of one-year seedlings range from 3.5 meters to 4 meters; growing periods of the seedlings are prolonged by nearly a month; salt suppressing and water saving effects are obvious; the nurse and management frequency is reduced; the seedling raising cost is greatly reduced; and a survival rate of afforestation is obviously increased.
