The water-based white finish comprises, by mass, 25%-55% of waterborne epoxy acrylic resin, 5%-15% of alkyd resin, 35%-50% of titanium dioxide slurry, 5%-25% of propylene glycol ether and 0.1%-0.4% of an adhesion promoter, wherein the titanium dioxide slurry contains 25%-35% of water, 0.1%-1.2% of a wetting and dispersing agent and 0.1%-0.4% of an antifoaming agent, with the balance being titanium dioxide.
