A concrete waterproofing agent and its preparation method

This invention relates to a concrete waterproofing agent and its preparation method. Using hydroxyl acrylate monomers (or hydroxymethyl acrylate), long-chain acrylates (or long-chain methyl acrylates), and short-chain acrylates (or short-chain methyl acrylates) as raw materials, a poly(meth)acrylate polymer containing hydroxyl and long-chain alkyl groups is first prepared by bulk copolymerization. Then, an isocyanate silane coupling agent is used in this polymerization reaction to obtain a silane-containing long-chain alkyl polyacrylate compound (Si@Poly long-chain alkyl acrylate, Si@PLAA). This polymer (Si@PLAA) is then mixed with an emulsifier and a dispersant, and after emulsification, a waterproofing agent emulsion is obtained.
