The 3D printing nozzle comprises a nozzle, a first connecting pipe, a heating mechanism, a second connecting pipe, a heat dissipating mechanism, a third connecting pipe, a feeding mechanism and an overflow preventing mechanism; the heating mechanism comprises a heating block, and a conveying unit and a temperature adjusting unit arranged on the heating block; the conveying unit comprises a discharge channel and four feed channels; the heat dissipating mechanism comprises a heat dissipating box and a heat dissipating pipe; the feeding mechanism comprises a feed box, a feed pipe, a driving module and an extrusion module; and the overflow preventing mechanism comprises a second motor, a lead screw and an adjusting block. The 3D printing nozzle for preventing leakage can synchronously lead in four different raw materials; the heat dissipating mechanism can effectively prevent heat of the heating block from transferring to the heat dissipating pipe so as to prevent raw material solution from flowing back into the heat dissipating pipe to cause the problem of unsmooth feeding.
