The system includes: a user management module, a spare part inventory management module, a spare part purchase module and a spare part maintenance module. The user management module is intended for managing at least one of the following user information which includes user login information, user type information, user authorization information, and user operation log. The spare part inventory management module is intended for providing inventory state of the spare parts in a warehouse. The spare part purchase module is intended for determining whether to purchase the spare parts on the basis of the inventory state of the spare parts in the warehouse provided by the spare part inventory management module. The spare part maintenance module is intended for providing maintenance information of the spare parts that maintained and/or to be maintained.
