Abstract

The invention discloses a transmission method, a transmission device and a transmission system for uplink retransmission data, and belongs to the technical field of communication. The method comprises the steps of receiving data transmitted by different user equipment (UE) in a same competitive resource group on a same competitive resource; demodulating the data sent by each UE according to a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) sequence carried in the data; and when the data sent by at least two pieces of UE is failed to be demodulated, scheduling the UE of which the data is failed to be demodulated via an uplink schedule signaling UL-grant to retransmit data on the specified non-competitive resource.
