The method comprises the following steps: acquiring an acupuncture point hitting formula from a system by a user; connecting an intelligent acupuncture point hitting manipulator to a terminal by the user; deciding the acupuncture points by virtue of the terminal in accordance with acupuncture point combination and order provided in the acupuncture point hitting formula; finding out the acupuncture point and positioning the intelligent acupuncture point hitting manipulator to the acupuncture point by the user, or positioning the intelligent acupuncture point hitting manipulator to the acupuncture point by virtue of the mechanical arm under the control of the terminal; completing various acupuncture point hitting operations by virtue of the intelligent acupuncture point hitting manipulator under the control of the terminal in accordance with the acupuncture point hitting formula; and operating a next acupuncture point after one acupuncture point is operated until the entire acupuncture point hitting formula is all completed.
