By use of the method, an energy management concept is used for designing a stable approach assessment standard and a relationship between an unstable approach and energy, a basis is provided for unsafe incident monitoring and risk identification, the identification accuracy of the unstable approach can be effectively improved, a reference is provided for flight risk identification and pilot training, and safety management levels and training efficiency can be effectively improved.
