The testing device, based on a layered architecture, comprises an interface layer, a model layer, a control layer, and an operation layer, wherein the interface layer is used for connecting a current unit and a digital model and is a link between physical signals and logical signals; the model layer builds the needed digital model and simulates the current unit and working features thereof; the control layer operates each model according to an instruction to enable the models to be matched mutually and simulates the working environment of the current unit, and the working state of each model is read and a sequence of events recording (SOE) is generated and reported to the operation layer; and the operation layer adopts a visualization module to map the digital model, and the SOE is recorded, and historical data are queried in the later stage of the test for analysis.
