Embodiment Construction

[0025] figure 1 A guide 1 for a car door 3 of an elevator car is shown. The guide mechanism 1 is an upper guide mechanism arranged at the upper end of the door leaf 15 . The guide mechanism 1 comprises a sliding shoe 5 which is connected via two connecting elements 7 to a door leaf 15 of the car door 3 . The connecting piece 41 is designed as a floating bearing in the vertical direction. Specifically, the carriage bearing 6 is connected to the shoe 5 . The cylindrical opening of the carrier bearing 6 engages with a vertically oriented bolt 8 . The shoe 5 is arranged in the receiving part 9 so that the shoe 5 can move. The receiving part 9 surrounds the sliding shoe 5 on at least three sides, so that on the one hand the sliding shoe 5 is displaceable in the sliding direction 11 and is fixed in all other directions by a form fit in the receiving part 9 . Although the shoe 5 usually has a metallic material, the receiving part comprises plastic at least on the contact surface...

Abstract

The invention relates to a car door (3) for a lift car having a guide mechanism (1) and a door leaf (15). The guide mechanism (1) comprises a sliding shoe (5, 5a) which is connected to the door leaf of the lift car door (3). Furthermore the guide mechanism comprises a receiving part which surrounds the sliding shoe (5, 5a) on at least three sides. The sliding shoe (5, 5a) has, in a sliding direction (11), an extent which corresponds to at least 30% of the extension of the door leaf (15) in this direction.

Description

Background technique [0001] An elevator installation comprises at least one car which is moved between different floors of a building by means of a drive system. The car includes car doors that close the car during movement of the car. A typical guide mechanism for an elevator car consists of two opposing rollers connected to the door leaf and between the rollers a track connected to the car. When opening and closing the car door, the opposite roller rolls along the track. The door leaf and the guide are relatively large components, resulting in a corresponding weight of the car. This is not a problem with conventional elevator installations since the weight of the car is compensated by the counterweight. [0002] Alternative elevator installations, on the other hand, no longer employ counterweights and are driven, for example, by linear electric motors. Therefore, in these elevator installations, the weight of the car cannot be offset by the counterweight. Therefore, it ...
