Abstract

The invention discloses a computer vision technology based defrosting control system and method of a heat pump type electric automobile air conditioner. The system comprises a low-pressure heat transferring device, a main controller and a computer vision system, wherein the low-pressure sensor is used for detecting the low pressure value and feeding back to the main controller; the main controller is used for determining whether to open the computer vision system according to the low pressure value; a camera is used for transmitting a shot evaporator picture to an image storing system for storing; an image recognizing system is used for analyzing and recognizing the image and calculating the frosting rate of an evaporator; if the frosting rate of the evaporator reaches 50%, the main controller can send a defrosting instruction, and then an air conditioner system enters the defrosting logic; if the frosting rate decreases to be 0%, the main controller can send a defrosting quit instruction, and the air conditioner system finishes defrosting and quits the defrosting. According to the system and the method, the evaporator frosting degree is intelligently distinguished through the computer vision technology; the defects in a traditional defrosting method are overcome; the frosting condition of the evaporator can be accurately distinguished; and an accurate defrosting action can be carried out.
