The inclination angle detection device comprises first, second and third accelerometers, a temperature control module and a magnetic shielding module, wherein sensitive shafts of the first, second and third accelerometers are in mutual orthorhombic arrangement; the temperature control module is used for providing the constant temperature space; the magnetic shielding module is used for inhibiting external magnetic field fluctuation; the first, second and third accelerometers are all arranged in a space formed by the temperature control module and the magnetic shielding module. The inclination angle detection device is characterized in that on the basis of a conventional three-shaft accelerometer, the influence due to temperature can be effectively reduced through the temperature control module; the errors caused by magnetic field perturbation can be reduced through the magnetic shielding module, so that the noise due to the temperature and the magnetic field perturbation can be greatly reduced.
