The preparation method of the AMOLED display screen includes the steps: preparing electrodes, a backboard circuit, an anode, an organic luminescent layer and a cathode on a substrate, and obtaining an array substrate, wherein the organic luminescent layer includes a plurality of luminescent areas which are arranged at intervals, and the cathode is provided with a plurality of cathode areas respectively covering the plurality of luminescent areas; preparing metal lines, display area electrodes and peripheral electrodes on a rear cover, wherein the metal lines are respectively connected with the display area electrodes and the peripheral electrodes; fitting the array substrate into the rear cover to enable the display area electrodes to connect each cathode area and enable the peripheral electrodes to be opposite to substrate electrodes; and connecting the peripheral electrodes with the substrate electrodes.
