The method comprises the steps that a first pulse number corresponding to the rotating angle of the first motor is obtained; a second pulse number corresponding to the second motor is calculated according to the first pulse number and the preset transmission proportion; the second pulse number is converted into the given frequency corresponding to the second motor; a third pulse number corresponding to the rotating angle of the second motor is obtained; the adjusting frequency of the second motor is obtained according to the error of the first pulse number and the second pulse number; and the given frequency and the adjusting frequency of the second motor are subject to stacked operation to obtain the final output frequency of the second motor.
