Abstract

The invention discloses a liquid crystal panel bubble detection system. The system comprises a cavity which can be sealed and is used for placing a sample to be detected, an evacuating device, a sample processing device and a gas analysis device, wherein after the sample to be detected is placed in the cavity, the cavity is sealed; the evacuating device which is connected with the cavity pumps the cavity to a vacuum state; the sample processing device makes gas in bubbles in the sample to be detected overflow; the composition of the overflowed gas in the cavity is detected by the gas analysis device, and then the bubble composition in the bubbles in the sample to be detected is obtained. According to the method, the system can detect the composition of the gas in the bubbles of a liquid crystal panel.
