Abstract

A regional distributed photovoltaic maximum capacity access evaluation method comprises the steps of partitioning by taking a substation as a power supply range; performing three-hierarchy evaluation on adaptability of each voltage grade power grid, adaptability of each partitioned power grid and adaptability of the whole power grid, wherein an evaluation index comprises nine items as follows: transformer reliability, circuit reliability, transformer full (over) load rate, circuit full (over) load rate, a short-circuit current, voltage deviation over standard rate and harmonic distortion over standard rate; and iteratively adjusting a distributed power supply installation scale with regard to adaptability evaluation of a power supply grid to obtain two or more than two distributed power supply installation scales with adaptability score approaching 0, and determining the maximum acceptance capability evaluation method of a regional power grid by probing and an interpolation method. The regional distributed photovoltaic maximum capacity access evaluation method is applicable to estimation on the distributed photovoltaic absorption capability by a power distribution network before grid connection of a distributed photovoltaic power supply.
