Abstract

The transmission mechanism includes a conveyor belt used for conveying bamboo shoots. The cutting mechanism includes a first air cylinder vertically arranged above the conveyor belt and a parting tool connected with an output shaft of the first air cylinder, wherein the included angle between the parting tool and the conveyor belt is 35 DEG to 45 DEG and the distance between the parting tool and the conveyor belt is 4mm to 5mm when the first air cylinder is in a maximum tension state. The shell peeling mechanism includes a second air cylinder and a third air cylinder, wherein the second air cylinder is arranged at the output end of the conveyor belt and hinged to the frame; the third air cylinder is slidably coupled with the frame and the output end of the third air cylinder is hinged to an output shaft of the second air cylinder; and pulling plates are arranged on the end face of the output shaft of the second air cylinder and the free end of each of the pulling plates is shaped as a downbent arc.
