Abstract

The spunlace non-woven fabric especially used for wall cloth comprises a first fiber layer, a second fiber layer, a third fiber layer, a fourth fiber layer, a water repellent layer and mucilage glue. The first fiber layer, the second fiber layer, the third fiber layer and the fourth fiber layer are orderly laid on the horizontal plane from the top to the bottom. The mucilage glue is uniformly distributed on upper end surfaces of the second fiber layer, the third fiber layer and the fourth fiber layer. The first fiber layer, the second fiber layer, the third fiber layer, and the fourth fiber layer are composed of multiple filaments which are distributed uniformly and mutually parallel to each other. Each layer of filaments faces differently. After laying, each layer of filaments is overlapped to form a latticed shape. Through high-temperature press fit, the first fiber layer, the second fiber layer, the third fiber layer and the fourth fiber layer are bonded together.
