A quartz crystal microbalance, comprising: a quartz crystal (110); a high-frequency oscillator (120) connected to the quartz crystal (110), wherein the high-frequency oscillator (120) is configured to sample an oscillation frequency of the quartz crystal (110); and a data processing apparatus (130), wherein the data processing apparatus (130) comprises: a pulse counting module (1301) and a frequency calculation module (1302), the pulse counting module (1301) being configured to record an oscillation waveform obtained by means of the high-frequency oscillator (120) sampling the oscillation frequency so as to obtain the number of pulses of the oscillation waveform sampled by the high-frequency oscillator (120), and the frequency calculation module (1302) being configured to carry out calculation according to the number of pulses and a period of the oscillation waveform of the high-frequency oscillator (120), so as to obtain the oscillation frequency of the quartz crystal (110).
