Abstract

By use of chemical reaction of HEDTA (Hydroxyethyl Ethylenediamine Triacetic Acid), KF (potassium fluoride), KOH (potassium hydroxide) and KH2PO4 (monopotassium phosphate), fluorapatite is crystallized on the surface of the nano fiber stent. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple and feasible; the prepared reproductive membrane can be used for simulating a periodontal tissue cell epimatrix structure to provide a growth space for cells; under a condition of not adding any growth factors, stem cells are induced to be mineralized and differentiated, so that the problems of immunogenicity and slow release difficulty which are caused by the fact that induction factors are required to be added in conventional tissue engineering are solved; the fluorapatite slowly releases fluorinions which can resist bacteria.
