Abstract

The invention discloses a double-centrifugal fan and an air-conditioner. The double-centrifugal fan comprises a volute, double centrifugal wind wheels, a motor frame and a motor. The volute is provided with two end plates which are oppositely arranged and a coaming which is connected between the two end plates. Each end plate is provided with an air inlet, and the two circumferential ends of the coaming and the two end plates define an air outlet. The double centrifugal wind wheels comprise blade rings and hubs. The hubs are arranged in the corresponding blade rings. A plurality of inserting grooves arrayed in the circumferential direction in a spaced mode are formed in the outer circumferential wall of each hub. A plurality of blades are inserted into the inserting grooves in a one-to-one correspondence mode. The portions, located at the two sides of the corresponding hub, of each blade ring and the hub form one centrifugal wind wheel, and the double centrifugal wind wheels are arranged in the volute. The motor frame is fixed to the coaming and is provided with a resistance reducing hole, and the motor is arranged on the motor frame. A motor shaft of the motor is connected with the hubs. The double-centrifugal fan disclosed in the embodiment of the invention has the characteristics of being low in production cost, low in weight, large in air outlet capacity and small in working noise.
