The method comprises following steps of forming a groove in the inner wall of the housing body of the high temperature container, wherein the groove comprises a first groove part and a second groove part; heating the surrounding place of the first groove part to preset temperature; placing a thermocouple into the groove, wherein the sensing part of the thermocouple is arranged in the first groove part and a wire connection part electrically connected with the sensing part is arranged in the second groove part; placing brazing materials in the molten state in the first groove part; cooling and solidifying the brazing materials to form a brazing heat conducting block so as to allow the brazing heat conducting block to connect the sensing part of the thermocouple and the wall face of the first groove part; grinding the brazing heat conducting block so as to align the outer surface of the brazing heat conducting block to the inner wall face of the housing body; and fixing a fixed press sheet on a part corresponding to the wire connection part in the second groove part. According to the invention, by use of the thermocouple, temperature of the inner wall face of the container can be quickly, accurately and highly precisely measured; and original flowing states of fluid in the container are not affected.
