Abstract

The invention discloses an electronic occlusion ergograph and a thin film type sensor measuring head preparing method thereof. The electronic occlusion ergograph comprises a handheld type ergograph main machine. The front end of the ergograph main machine is connected with a thin film type sensor measuring head through a pressure signal scanning head. The ergograph main machine collects occlusion force electrical signals detected by the thin film type sensor measuring head in a scanning way and transmits the signals to a terminal data processor. The terminal data processor is used for analyzing, storing and displaying occlusion force. The thin film type sensor measuring head comprises a conducting layer made by mixture of restorability macromolecular materials and nanoscale carbon particles. One surface of the conducting layer is provided with a transverse conducting electrode, and the other surface of the conducting layer is provided with a longitudinal conducting electrode. Intersection between the transverse conducting electrode and the longitudinal conducting electrode and the conducting layer form a pressure measuring minimum unit. Insulation thin films cover the surfaces of the transverse conducting electrode and the longitudinal conducting electrode. When the electronic occlusion ergograph is used, a food colouring layer is further attached to the surfaces of the insulation thin films.
