The method includes the following steps: establishing a link connection between one or a plurality of source nodes to a plurality of relay nodes and a plurality of relay nodes to a plurality of destination nodes, configuring a first time slot to be a process wherein a source node transmits data to a relay node and the relay node receives data, configuring a second time slot to be a process wherein the relay node transmits data to the destination node and the destination node receives data; and in the second time slot, computing the signal-to-noise ratio of respective relay nodes, selecting the relay node which has the maximum signal-to-noise ratio to transmit data to the destination node which requests a service. According to the invention, the method, with the objective of guaranteeing stable and continuing communication, can optimize energy usage and cause no damage to system capacity. Since relay users use same transmitted powers and also use different transmitted powers, the method herein separately provides different methods in selecting relays. In addition to the aforementioned advantages, the method and has better adaptability.
