Abstract

The plate-type demister comprises a first support component, a second support component and a plurality of parallelly installed blades which are installed between the first support component and the second support component. Each blade comprises a blade body and strip-shaped bulges installed along the width direction of the blade body. The bulges are alternately installed on the surface of the blade body. The top ends of the bulges are installed towards the direction of the liquid drop sedimentation. In the flowing process of smoke from bottom to top, the smoke contacts with the blades, fogdrop in the smoke with the smaller diameter is rapidly converged as the liquid drop with the larger diameter on the bulges which is rapidly fallen down or forms a water film which is rapidly flowed down. The bulges are strip-shaped, and are installed along the width direction of the blade body thereof, so the bulges are capable of blocking a 'secondary water bringing' path generated by the liquid drop or water film blown by the high-speed-flowing smoke, and guaranteeing the good demisting efficiency and demisting effect. The plate-type demister has the advantages of high demisting efficiency and good demisting effect.
