The family-type cow breeding method solves the technical problem that, in the prior art, family-type dairy farms are ill-matched in management level and scale and unreasonable in structural layout of animal houses to result in low single yield and quality of milk. The family-type cow breeding method adopts an automated manner, saves costs of labor management, ensures clean environment inside cow houses, improves the breeding operational efficiency the entire dairy farm and improve the single yield and quality of milk; meanwhile, manure of cows can be collected and temporarily stored in manure ditches, then transferred into a dirt collecting pond for storage and decomposition and then applied to fields as fertilizer to achieve the aim of recycling waste resources; meanwhile, field crops can provide feedstuff and organic bedding resources for the cows to achieve coordination of farming and animal husbandry and circulation of planting and breeding.
